Reminder Regarding Limited or Restricted Parking

This is a reminder regarding Section 2.21 “On Street Parking” of the CCRs:

• Owners and Occupants are strongly encouraged not to park on any road or street within the property, except in the event of an emergency.
• Parking in the alleys behind Lots is strictly prohibited.
• For the purpose of this rule, “Parked” is defined as a vehicle left unattended for more than 30 minutes.
• Designated Visitor Parking Areas are available for temporary parking only, not to exceed 24 hours.

Your cooperation in following these guidelines helps maintain safety, accessibility, and the overall appearance of our community. Thank you for doing your part to keep Collin Creek safe and well maintained.
